Why we give.
As followers of Jesus, we recognize that everything we have comes from God and what we do with what God has given us shows the world what we treasure. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances and giving. God is generous and he calls us to be generous as well. When you give to First UMC, Collingswood you are giving to support the work of our congregation here in the Collingswood area and around the world.
Ways To Give
Give Online
You can give a one-time gift online or set up recurring giving (weekly, monthly, bi-weekly, or twice a month) through our online giving partner, Subsplash. Begin by putting in the amount you'd like to give, selecting the fund, and choosing the frequency you'd like to give. From there you will be redirected to another page where you will be asked to sign-in or continue as a guest. You can create an account by selecting one of the sign-in options and then clicking the "Create an account" link.
Give In Person
An offering is taken in each of our weekly worship services by passing the offering plates. There are offering envelopes available in the pew-back pockets for those who are not signed up to receive offering envelopes and checks can be made payable to FUMC.
