Advent: A Time of Celebration

Join us each week as we celebrate the Advent season together. The word Advent means “coming” or “arrival.” The focus of the next four weeks is the celebration of the birth of Jesus the Christ in his First Advent, and the anticipation of the return of Christ the King in his Second Advent.

Daily Scripture Readings for Advent

The weeks of Advent remind us to set aside some of the hectic business of the Christmas season, and to quietly reflect on the promise of the baby born in Bethlehem 2000 years ago.
